2. Data collected through the contact form
The form on the Contact page does not send data to a server: when you fill it in and press "Send request", your device simply opens your usual email application (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Mail) with a message already drafted, addressed to info@corteacquaviva.it. Your data (name, email, phone, message content) therefore remains under your control until you choose to send the email yourself: the website does not independently collect or store it.
Once received by email, the request is kept by Corte Acquaviva for as long as necessary to handle the information or booking request, and in any case no longer than the periods required by law for commercial communications and accounting records.
3. Third-party services used by the site
The site relies on a few external services in order to work correctly. This may involve the transmission of technical data (such as your IP address) to the relevant providers, independently of whether you fill in any form.
